UX design for an on-demand mobile car wash app, live on iOS. The core challenge was building user trust in an unattended service – where a stranger cleans your car while you’re away.

Research revealed anxiety around pricing transparency, technician reliability, and service clarity. Design decisions were made to address each of these directly.
