I design and research for a healthcare product used by people navigating hearing loss for the first time. A context where clarity, confidence, and accessibility aren’t nice to have, they’re essential. I work across the full product, from research through to shipped design, collaborating with clinicians, developers, and product teams to get it right.

Working within Vodacom’s design team gave me scale. I was researching for one of South Africa’s most widely used digital platforms, across an audience with vastly different levels of digital literacy. It sharpened how I think about research rigour, synthesis, and making findings actually useful to the people acting on them.

I conducted psychometric assessments and interviews for medicolegal clients, mentored interns, and helped develop an online system for capturing clinical interviews.
